We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic Team on a residential project based in Harrow (10 min away from Harrow on the Hill Station) which is a new built of 149 units.

 
The Senior Site Manager will be responsible to complete the construction project on time, within budget, with the expected level of quality and safety. They monitor the installation on site and report to the Project Manager any deviations from the plan namely in terms of quality and activities progress.

Profile and work environment

What you will be doing

• To participate to the site preparation
• To organise workstations and identify processes on worksites to meet safety standards, quality standards and budget
• To define planned workload and actions to be carried out
• To track site’s activities and progress
• To supervise, animate, and federate teams and subcontractors under their responsibility
• To follow-up, track and witness commissioning of all systems ahead of client handover and in accordance with approved commissioning plan
• To deal with any queries on site
• Be an ambassador of Heath, Safety and Environmental duties

What we are looking for

• 5 years + of experience as Site Manager with knowledge in Internal Trades and Façade packages
• Organised
• Rigorous
• Hands-on approach
• Problem solving
