To formalise its commitment, the Group enacted a code of conduct applicable to all its employees, no matter their entities nor locations.
The Code of conduct gives concrete examples to guide the behaviours to promote or those to ban. It is a common frame of reference to adopt best practices. Finally, it introduces the company’s whistleblowing system available for employees and external stakeholders wishing to raise alerts in case of inappropriate behaviours.
This commitment and this expectation, the Group shares them with all its partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
