The Administrative Assistant provides the administrative monitoring and management of technical files and/or the administrative organisation of a structure or service. To achieve this, they establish and maintain relations with the different partners involved, both external to the company (suppliers, clients, etc.) and internal (site manager, payroll administrator, accounts, etc.). More specifically, they prepare notices for commencement of works, monitor logistics prior to works starting on a site, prepare health and safety plans, manage disputes, perform monthly update of works and manage skills.
