The Legendre Group and Tecnibuild, a Portuguese company specialised in civil engineering and building construction, have recently delivered their first project Antas Build. Located on the new avenue Alameda das Antas in Porto, Portugal, this mixed-use residence offers 93 apartments, as well as various shops on the ground floor.

With a 10,000 m² floor area, Antas Build offers a qualitative residential development that meets the demand for functional, aesthetic housing in line with current thermal requirements. The ground floor will be made up of a range of stores and services intended both for the inhabitants of the accommodation and, more broadly, for all Portuans, thus contributing to the dynamism of the district.
Designed by the Portuguese architectural firm JBMM Aquitectos, the building has a modern exterior with homogeneous horizontal lines. Its natural stone façade gives it a distinctive aesthetic.

Delivering Antas Build in co-promotion and co-construction with the local company TecniBuild, Legendre Group signe its first project under the brand SoLive. Born from the combination of the two companies, SoLive aims to develop a large number of real estate programmes in Portugal and already has a portfolio of several projects under development.
